摘　　要：阐述了复杂电路板故障诊断系统软件平台的功能、原理和设计方法,采用了基于COM组件技术的软件体系结构设计,提出了数字和模拟电路的归一化处理思想,提高了电路板故障诊断的覆盖率和隔离率,扩大了系统软件平台的适用范围。实际应用表明,所研制的故障诊断软件平台能适应多种电路板维修测试需要。Function, principle and method of design are expatiated for complex PCB fault diagnosis system software platform. It adopts software architecture design based on COM Plug-in technology. Normalized idea of digital and analog circuit is put forward. Percentage of coverage and isolation for PCB fault diagnosis is improved. Real application results show that the platform can meet the needs of test and repair for many kinds of PCB.
