摘　　要：采用模糊技术,将影响电价的量模糊化,从现有的电价数据中自动训练并发现规则,采用变长混合编码的遗传算法训练动态模糊系统,建立了模糊预测电价模型.采用某电力市场的实际数据进行了验证,结果表明,模型易于理解和程序实现,可以方便地加入人工经验,预测结果精确度高.A new model is presented to forecast market price, which is based on Dynamic Fuzzy System. The Genetic Algorithms (GAs) is used to train the model. The GA uses binary coding scheme, and the length of chromosome is variable. At last, the model is tested with the actual data in power market and the test results are satisfactory.
