摘　　要：随着我国投资主体将由政府向民间进一步转变,民营经济的发展将是实现投资增长和经济增长的主要途径。民营代表的是经营体制的变迁,而产业的选择则是民营经济发展壮大的根本途径,因此选准产业发展方向至关重要。本文分析了民营经济的特点和江西绿色资源的优势,从优势互补的角度结合民营经济活力和绿色产业的潜力,探讨一种具有江西特色的民营经济发展模式。With the transition of the main investment from government to non-government, the development of the private economy is a main way to realize the investment increase. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the private economy and the advantages of the green resources in Jiangxi province, and discusses the development mode of the private economy with Jiangxi characteristics from the angle of advantage complement combined with vitality of private economy and the potentiality of green industry.
