摘 要:考察了合成条件对新型加氢精制催化剂磷化钨结构的影响。催化剂表征结果表明 ,合成温度对催化剂结构有较大影响 ,而还原氢气流量和还原时间的影响不大。在适宜的合成条件下 ,考察了共浸渍法制备的非负载和负载型磷化钨催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫 (HDS)和吡啶加氢脱氮 (HDN)性能。结果表明 ,负载型磷化钨催化剂有利于提高催化剂的催化加氢精制性能 ,高温对HDS有利 ,低温对HDN有利。 30 0℃时 ,负载型磷化钨催化剂的HDS率和HDN率分别为 4 9.32 %和 72 .97% ,而 340℃时HDS率和HDN率分别为 84 .98%和 70 .4 9%。As a new kind of hydrogenation catalyst, the effect of preparation condition on the structure of tungsten phosphide catalyst was studied. The characterization result reveals that reduced temperature is the major factor compared with reduced hydrogen flow and reduced time. On the suitable condition, the supported and unsupported tungsten phosphide catalyst were prepared by co-impregnation method, and their hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation were investigated. The results show that the supported catalysts are favorable to increase the HDS and HDN ration, and higher temperature is favorable to the HDS, while lower temperature is favorable to the HDN. At 300 ℃, the HDS and HDN ration of supported tungsten phosphide catalyst are 49.32% and 72.97%, respectively. While at 340 ℃, HDS and HDN ration are 84.98% and 70.49% , respectively. The tungsten phosphide catalyst is a better hydreodenitrogenation catalyst.
