摘 要:以废木材生物质的有效利用为目的,使用粉粒流化床热分解反应器对松木生物质进行了催化热解实验。为了获得高附加值轻质芳烃(苯、甲苯、二甲苯和萘),调查了松木生物质的热解特性以及CoMo B催化剂分别在氦气和氢气气体中对其热解产物的影响,并将结果与惰性介质硅砂条件下的结果进行了比较。在常压、低温下,要获得较高的中间产物轻质芳烃,热解过程中氢气和加氢催化剂的使用是不可缺少的。With the purpose of effective utilization of the waste wood biomass, catalytic pyrolysis of a pine-wood biomass was carried out by using a powder particle fiuidized bed(PPFB). In order to obtain the light aromatic hydrocarbons with highly added economic value such as benzene, xylene, toluene and naphthalene( BTXN ), the pyrolysis characteristic of the pine-wood biomass and the effect of CoMo-B catalyst upon pyrolysis products were investigated respectively and furthermore compared to the pyrolysis result obtained under the condition of the medium particle SiO_2. The hydrogen gas and the Catalyst for hydrogenation is indispensable for increasing of BTXN yield of the intermediate product in the pyrolysis process of the pine-wood biomass.
