摘 要:利用PCR方法,从含有3G1scFv基因的重组质粒中扩增出抗体基因,并使基因两端携带合适的限制性酶切位点.将其克隆入植物表达载体pBI121,构建获得3G1scFv pBI121重组质粒.酶切鉴定及测序结果均证明重组质粒构建成功.将重组植物表达载体转入农杆菌LBA4404,为进一步构建转基因植物的研究奠定了基础.3Gl scFv gene fragment was amplified and proper restriction enzyme sites were added at each end by PCR. It was cloned into pBI121 to make recombinant 3Gl scFv-pBI121, which was proved to be constructed successfully by both restriction enzyme analysis and sequencing. The recombinant plant expression vector was further transferred to LBA4404. This has laid a solid foundation for further study on construction of transgenic plant.
