摘 要: 通过高钙粉煤灰混凝土和低钙粉煤灰混凝土的强度和干燥收缩的系统试验和比较分析,发现高钙粉煤灰对混凝土强度的贡献较低钙粉煤灰更大。混凝土中掺加适量高钙灰,对于混凝土的干燥收缩有补偿作用,可降低其开裂风险。即使在干燥环境中和较低水胶比条件下,这种补偿作用仍能发挥作用。高钙灰的适宜掺量需要根据高钙灰的品质和混凝土配合比情况,由试验决定。在本文所给条件下,掺加35%的高钙灰是可以接受的上限。一般来说,掺加25%左右的高钙灰,所配制的混凝土的强度性能和体积稳定性都较好。The strength and drying shrinkage of concrete containing high calcium fly ash (HCFA) and low calcium fly ash (LCFA) were tested and compared.The results show that HCFA can make more contributions to concrete strength than LCFA.When taken in concrete with proper quantity,HCFA can compensate the drying shrinkage of concrete,and accordingly reduce the cracking risk of concrete.Even in the dry circumstances and under the conditions of lower W/C ratio,the compensation is also in action.Based on the HCFA quality and concrete proportioning,the proper addition quantity of HCFA should be determined by experiments.Under the conditions given in this article,35% is the acceptable limit of addition quantity of HCFA.In General,the concretes with 25% HCFA show higher strength and better volume stability.
