摘　　要：详细介绍了本钢转炉自动化改造前的状况和改造后的设备装备水平及转炉改造的主要特点。生产数据表明 ,转炉自动化改造之后 ,大大减少了工艺热停 ,同时使工艺技术指标稳定提高 ,冶炼周期缩短了 2 0多分钟 ,年生产能力提高到 5 0 0万 t,实现了转炉底吹与炉衬同寿命 ,一次倒炉钢中碳氧积平均为 0 .0 0 2 3% ,煤气回收大于85 m3/ t,烟尘排放浓度小于 10 0 mg/ m3,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。The situation before modification of converter automatic system and the capability of the facilities after modification, and the main characteristics of the converter modification in steelmaking plant of Benxi Iron and Steel Group Company were introduced. The data after modification show that the technical hot stops have been reduced greatly, the technical indexes have been improved stably, and the cycle of smelting has been decreased by twenty minutes, thus realizing the same life-span of converter bottom-blown and furnace lining. The annual production capacity of steel is about five million tons. The average product of carbon and oxygen content in the sample for once is 0.0023 %, and the concentration of fume drain is less than 100 mg/m 3. The quantity of reclaimed gas is more than 85 m 3/t. Therefore, the obvious economic benefits and social effect have been obtained.
