摘  要:论述了我国冶金工业炉窑燃烧技术不断改进和发展过程。阐述了武钢采用蓄热式 HTAC技术的改造方案 ;介绍了轧钢加热炉改造前技术指标和采用蓄热式 HTAC技术改造后的主要技术性能参数以及生产应用中的节能效果。同时探讨了在生产运行中出现的问题及解决措施等。研究指出 ,蓄热式 HTAC技术在冶金工业炉上的应用节能效益显著 ,环保性能优异 ;加热炉热效率可增加 2 0 %以上 ,产品质量提高。该技术具有广阔的开发应用前景。This paper deals with briefly technical improvement and development process for combustion technology in metallurgical industry in China. One is described emphasis on developed project by means of HTAC technology for heating furnace of large rolling mill in Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Co.. It is introduced that technology specification before technical transformation for heating furnace and main technical parameters after technical innovation by use of HTAC technology as well as energy saving efficiency during production . It is discussed also to bring about problems during production operation and their solution measures. It is indicated that regenerative HTAC technology applying on heating furnace and kiln of metallurgical industry obviously energy saving efficiency not only increases by more 20% and improves product quality.
