摘 要:报道了亚硝酸化学诱变原理、对一株优势氧化铁硫杆菌T .f菌的诱变作用和诱变T .f菌对低品位黄铜矿的生物浸出研究结果。结果表明 ,T .f菌亚硝酸化学诱变后 ,诱变T .f菌和原始T .f菌相比 ,活性提高了 41.0 3 % ,对黄铜矿的浸出率提高了 13 .3 % ,达到浸出终点的时间比原始菌减少了 5~ 10d。诱变后的T .f菌对黄铜矿比原始T .The chemically mutating principle of nitrous acid and its mutating ope rations on one superior bacterin of the thiobacillus ferrooxidans, called as ba cterium T.f, and the bio-leaching results of the low grade chalcopyrite were re ported in this paper. The results have been shown that the nitrous acid can effe ctively produce the chemically mutating action on bacterium T.f to improve its b io-activity and to reform its bio-leaching properties on copper sulfides. After bacterium T.f mutated by nitrous acid, the bio-activity of the bacterium T.f an d its bio-leaching rate on chalcopyrit were respectively improved by 41.03% and 13.3% respectively, and the bio-leaching time of the low grade chalcopyrite was reduced by 5~10 days. These results also indicated that the bacterium T.f muta ted chemically by nitrous acid can better bio-leach chalcopyrite than the origin al bacterium T.f.
