摘  要:对比研究了细磨介质铸铁段和钢球的磨矿行为。试验结果表明 ,无论在单一尺寸介质作用下 ,还是在混合介质组的作用下 ,铸铁段的磨矿效果和生产能力均优于钢球。而分选试验结果也表明 ,由于磨矿效果的改善 ,分选指标得到相应提高。在相同的工作条件下 ,精矿品位可提高 0 .2 %~ 0 .6% ,回收率可提高 1%~ 2 %。The ability of grinding to use two fine grinding media of steel ball and cast ir on segment was comparatively studied. Grinding test results showed that mill cap acity and grinding efficiency of cast iron segment could be really superior to s teel ball no matter whether mono-size medium or mixed size media. On the other h and,separation test results also showed that the concentrate grade and its reco very could increase from 0.2 to 0.6 percent and from 1 to 2 percent respectively due to the improvement of grinding efficiency when the same experimental condit ion used. Therefore,it may be predicted that the fine grinding medium-cast iron segment could replace steel ball to apply for grinding process.
