摘  要:切削数据是度量切削技术水平高低的基本量值,采用优化的切削数据是发挥机床功能,提高切削效率的基本方法。目前,已有的切削数据优化方法存着计算步骤繁复、优化时间长等缺点,难以满足现代制造技术发展的需要。本文在给出目标函数和约束条件一般形式的基础上利用f最小线、v最小线和z等值线等概念提出了单工序下通用的切削数据优化方法——目标等值线法。该方法不需进行迭代运算,计算简单,与通常的优化方法相比,其优化速度提高10倍以上。Cutting data used in machining is a basic aspects to judge the level of cutting technology. Using optimized cutting data is a basic way to bring machine tools into full play. The imperfects of existed optimization methods for cutting data are overlaborate procedure and time consuming, and it is difficult to meet all kinds of requirements in modern manufacturing system. In this paper, a new general method, i. e. target isopleth method, for determining optimum feed rate and cutting speed in single operation is proposed for general optimization targets and constraints according to concepts of minimum line of feed rate, minimum, line of cutting speed, and isopleth line of the target. As iterative operation is not necessary in this method, it is easy and simple in calculation. Its speed of optimization is over 10 times higher than that of common methods. It is suitable for shop floor and the cases where optimum cutting data need to be determined on-time, such as in CAD/ CAPP/CAM, FMS and CIMS, etc.
