扑虱灵对褐飞虱及稻株的生理生化影响

摘  要:褐飞虱在扑虱灵连续处理后,雌雄成虫生殖前期的数种代谢酶离体活力都发生了异常改变,导致体内物质代谢紊乱,如游离氨基酸含量变化率超过10%的,在雌虫体内有6种;雄虫体内的达10种,其中有4种变化率超过30%.处理后,雌、雄虫的游离氨基酸总量和蛋白质量者低于对照;稻株茎部,.对褐飞虱繁殖力有决定作用的酪氨酸、半胱氨酸和甲硫氨酸分别比对照低21.68%,9.62%和3.86%,而甘氨酸比对照高5.52%.The activities of the enzymes in vitro of pre-reproductive BPH and the content of free aminoacids in the rice stem were tested,after successive treatment with buprofezin(Appluud)at lower rate everyten days for four times.The results showed that:(1)The activities of metabolic enzymes such as CarE,AcP,AkP,ASAT and ALAT were seriously disturbed,which resulted in metabolic disorder in male andfemale.For example,the content of 6 free amino acids in female and 10 in male changed over 10% com-pared with that of control,and 4 of them in male changed over 30%;(2)The total quantity of free aminoacids and proteins in BPH was lower than that of control;(3)The content of free amino acids in rice stem,which are very important in BPH nutrition for its reproduction,also changed.Consequently,the quantityof the egg decreased.
