摘 要:苯菌灵提取物经酸性水解定量地转化为多菌灵,中和后用乙酸乙酯萃取,高效液相色谱定量测定。苯菌灵在葡萄中的平均添加回收率为100.69%,检测极限为0.01mg/kg。在南京和西安两地的试验结果显示,苯菌灵在葡萄上的半衰期为9.6和18.1d,最终残留量分别为0.70和1.19 mg/kg,喷药2次的最终残留量分别为1.78和2.66 mg/kg。A method for residue determination of benomyl in grape with high performance liquidchromatography (HPLC) was developed.The benomyl was quantitatively converted into carbendazim by acidhydrolysis.Neutralized to pH 10~11 with sodium hydroxide,the carbendazim was extracted with ethylacetate.After due concentration,the extract was analyzed by HPLC with UV detection at 285nm.Theaverage recovery was 100.69%.The minimum detectable level was 0.01mg/kg.The half life of benomyldeposit in grapes was 9.6d(Nangjing) and 18.1d (Xi'an),and the postharvest residues were 0.7mg/kg and1.19mg/kg,demonstrating that the benomyl residue is safety for consumers.
