摘  要:从江苏常州草莓上分离到的 Botrytis cineren 菌株 B205对多菌灵、速克灵均表现高度抗性。多重抗性菌株在含多菌灵或速克灵的 PSA 培养基上菌丝生长很少受抑制,在无药的 PSA 培养基上菌丝连续培养8代后,抗性程度并不下降,只表现生长速率有所降低;对扑海因呈交互抗药性,但对福美双、克菌丹、百菌清、退菌特、粉锈宁等杀菌剂的反应与敏感菌相似;该多重抗性菌的产孢能力明显低于敏感菌。A strain of Botrytis cinerea (B205) isolated from strawberry field in Changzhou showed thehigh resistance to MBC and procymidone,mycelial growth of this multiple resistant strain was less inhibitedon PSA amended with 1 000μg/ml MBC or prycimidone,and the MIC value was hardly measured.Themultiple resistant strain can maintain its resistance after 8 successive incubations on the fungicide free PSA.The velocity of growth was slightly decreased.The multiple resistant strain also showed cross resistance toiprodione,but it was sensitive to thiram,chlorothlonil,tuzet and tradimefon.The capability of sporulationof the multiple resistant strain was obviously lower than that of the sensitive one.
