摘  要:目的 调查苏州市室内蜚蠊种群密度及其季节变化规律 ,分析其与气象因素的相关性 ,为城市蜚蠊防治提供依据。方法 蜚蠊密度调查采用粘捕法 ;用PEMS统计软件分析密度消长与温度、相对湿度和降雨量的相关性。结果 苏州市室内蜚蠊活动高峰出现在 6月前后 ,9月后活动逐渐减少。蜚蠊种群密度消长与温度、相对湿度和降雨量的相关系数 (R)分别为 0 95 95 (P <0 0 1) ,0 816 8(P <0 0 1)和 0 7396 (P <0 0 5 ) ,均具有统计学意义。结论 苏州市室内蜚蠊全年活动 ,蜚蠊的发生与温度、相对湿度和降雨量等气象因素有着密切的关系 ,其中受温度的影响最大。Objective To investigate the populations density and the seasonal dynamic of the cockroaches indoor in Suzhou urban districts,and analyse the correlation between the density variation and meteorological factors.Methods The cockroach density was survey ed with sticky paper method.The correlation was analysed between the cockroach density and the atmospheric temperature,relative humidity and rainfall with PENS statistic software.Results The peak of cockroach densit y in Suzhou urban districts occurred about in June,and it began to reduce after September.The correlation coefficient (R) between cockroach density and the atmosp heric temperature,relative humidity,rainfall was 0.959 5(P<0.01),0.816 8( P<0.01)and 0.739 6(P<0.01)respectively.Conclusion The cockroach indoor in Suzhou urban districts emerged yearly.The density of cockroach was in close relation with the atmospheric temperature,relative humidity and rainfall.
