摘　　要：目的　摸清城区鼠患 ,确定灭鼠重点部位 ,了解灭鼠达标活动的效果。方法　目测法、鼠迹调查法、粉片法、掘开洞数法、饱和食饵消耗法。结果　灭鼠达标前后各类单位的鼠密度分别是 4 6 6 %和 1 2 1% ;鼠迹阳性率分别是 6 18%和 1 2 3% ;防鼠设施不合格率分别是 11 6 1%和 1 5 2 % ;下水道鼠密度分别是2 3 81%和 7 77% ;外环境鼠迹分别是 3 0 8处 /km和 1 94处 /km。结论　灭前调查找出了我市灭鼠工作与标准的差距 ,确定了控制防鼠设施不合格率和下水道鼠密度的工作重点。灭后调查提示 ,灭鼠达标活动效果显著 ,各项指标基本达到了灭鼠先进城市标准。Objective To know the real situation of mouse disaster of Weifang city,then to determine the major points of deratizing mouse.Methods Visualization,investigation of mouse trace,using powder,numbers of digged holes,saturated bait consuming. Results The mouse density of units of every classification before and after mouse-exterminating was respectively 4.66% and 1.21%.Positive rate of m ouse trace was respectively 6.18% and 1.23%,unqualified rate of anti-mouse facil ities was 11.61% and 1.52% respectively.Mouse density of drains was 23.81% and 7.77%.Outdoor mouse trace was 3.08 points/km and 1.94 points/km. Conclusion Pre-extermination investigation found out the gap between our mouse extermination being and the standard,and the focal points to control unqualified anti-mouse facilities rate and drain mouse density.Post-extermination pointed out that the effect of mouse-extermination up-to-the-st andard was significant,and generally every index reached the advanced city with its s tandard of mouse-exterminating.
