摘　　要：介绍了一种基于PLC的磨加工生产线在线质量控制系统的结构和功能。该系统通过实时信息的集成管理实现生产现场各种数据统计和报表处理,自动跟踪和统计产品的质量,并能结合工序能力指数值决策分析整个生产过程对产品质量的保证能力。The structure and function of an online quality control system based on PLC for grinding production b'ne is introduced. By integrating management of real information, the various data statistics and report forms in production status can been realized, the product quality and statistic results can automatically trace and the ensuring ability that the whole production procedure has an effect on product quality is analyzed by working procedure ability exponent.
