肩胛下神经和胸背神经的调查

摘　　要：调查52具成年尸体(男38,女14)的肩胛下神经和胸背神经。结果发现:上肩胛下神经多数为2支(53.85+4.89%),常起自后束(86.98±2.43%)。胸背神经均为1支,大多数起自后束(74.29±4.27%),有时与下肩胛下神经共干(22.86±4.1%)。下肩胛下神经多数为1支(98.1±1.33%),半数以上起自腋神经(54.29±4.86%),所以应视为腋神经的分支。大圆肌支为下肩胛下神经的终支,但偶而可单独起自腋神经(1.87±1.33%)。The subscapular and thoracodorsal nerves were investigated in 53 adult ca- davers.The results showed: The superior subscapular nerve was generally represented by two branches(53.85±4.89%),and often arose from the posterior cord(86.98±2.43%). The thoracodorsal nerve always was one branch in number,sprang form the posterior cord frequently(74.29±4.27%),and sometimes had a common trunk with the inferior subscapu- far nerve(22.86±4.1%).The inferior subscapular nerve was one branch in number(98.1± 1.33%),and in more than half cases it was given off from the axillary nerve,so it should be considered as a branch of the axillary nerve.The muscular branch to teres major was the ter- minal branch of the inferior subscapular nerve, but occasionally arose from the axillary nerve independently.
