摘  要:本文对红麻本质部化机浆磺化和H2O2漂白后的残余酶解木素的特性进行了研究,研究结果表明:磺化和漂白后木素的提取率下降,残余木素的平均分子量减小,磺化后红麻木质部酸溶木素含量增加,木素中酯键和烷基芳基醚键等连接型式有一定程度的断裂,木素自由基减少,共轭羰基、邻醌结构和酚羟基有所增加,H2O2漂白可以破坏部分邻醌结构和共轭羰基,而木素中甲氧基、酚羟基含量有所上升。In this paper, residual celluloytic enzyme lignin of kenaf woody core SCMP is studied. Results indicated that after sulfonation and bleaching the content of acid soluble lignin and enzyme digestion ratio increase, but lower lignin yield and smaller molecular weight are observed. After sulfonation some links of ether bonds are broken, and there are fewer free radicals of lignin. There are more conjugated carbonyls in the residual lignin compared with that in kenaf woody core lignin, and tremendous amount of ortho-quinone is being formed.After H2O2 bleaching, there is an increase in methoxyl groups as well as in lignin free radicals. The major actionof H2O2 is attacking the conjugated carbonyls and ortho-quinones, but still there are some chromphores in lignin remains intact. The presence of metal ions in kenaf pulp results in pulp brightness reduction.
