朝鲜淫羊藿黄酮成分的抗氧化作用

摘　　要：利用ＭＤＡ－ＴＢＡ比色法检测了朝鲜淫羊藿中２０种黄酮单体成分的抗氧化作用，结果显示其中８种成分能不同程度地抑制脂质过氧化，它们的作用强度顺序为：金丝桃甙（ｈｙｐｅｒｏｓｉｄｅ）＞淫羊藿次甙Ｉ（ｉｃａｒｉｓｉｄｅＩ）＞朝藿素Ｃ（ｅｐｉｍｅｄｏｋｏｒｅａｎｉｎＣ）＞宝藿甙　（ｂａｏｈｕｏｓｉｄｅ　）＞朝藿甙Ｃ（ｃａｏｈｕｏｓｉｄｅＣ）＞朝藿甙Ｂ（ｃａｏｈｕｏｓｉｄｅＢ）＞本樨草素（ｌｕｔｅｏｌｉｎ）＞箭藿甙Ａ（ｓａｇｉｔｔａｔｏｓｉｄｅＡ）。n this paper, the antioxidative effects of twenty flavonoids isolated from the aerial parts of Epimedium koreanumNabai were quantitatively examined in vitro using MDA-TBA colorimetric method. The results showed that eight ofthem could inhibit hepatic lipid peroxidation in vitro. Among these eight compounds hyperoside had the strongest an-tioxidative activity. The activity of these eight compounds in term of their antioxidative effect was in order of hypero-side>icarjside >epimedokoreanin C>baohuoside >caohuoside C>caohuoside B>luteolin > sagittatoside A.
