摘  要:以放射免疫分析法和放射配基结合分析法观察了人参对衰老大鼠受体-cAMP系统的影响,结果表明衰老大鼠血浆cAMP基础值、反应性明显下降,心脏和肺的受体数目也显著减少,人参均可使之提高到接近青年组水平。同时,衰老大鼠血清T4和皮质醇水平也显著下降,人参也能使之明显提高。he effects of ginseng rhizome decoction on 6-adrenoceptor-cAMP system and endocrine system during naturalaging process were studied. Radioimmuno-assay revealed that hasal and isoproterenol-induced Peak plasma cAMP ofaged rats decreased obviously and ginseng could increase them significantly. Radioligand binding assay revealed that themaximum binding capacity (RT) of lung and heart adrenoceptors of aged rats were obviously lower than those of theyoung and ginseng could elevate them to the levels of the young. Meanwhile ginseng could raise the declined levels ofserum T4 and cortisone of aged rats significantly. But there were no significant changes of serum T3 and the dissociationconstant (KD) of lung andheart adrenoceptors during aging process. As the reasult, ginseng could increase the numberof lung and heart adrenoceptors of aged rats and the sffect may be related to the changes of some hormones duringnatural aging process.
