摘　　要：本文从实际出发,结合本校教学与科研的需求状况,通过对文献类型、读者群进行划分,制定了各类文献的需求标准,构建出文献采访模型;再依据采访模型科学、合理地制定采访计划,指导采访工作的开展。s: The paper has combined the current status of teaching with scientific research work in the China Agricultural University. Through the division of doc ument and reader types, we have formulized demand criteria and made models pf do cumentation acquisition. We have made an acquisition plan according to the acqui sition model and guided the unfolding of our acquisition work.
