摘　　要：本文对复合图书馆模式下参考咨询服务面临的挑战、国外数字参考咨询服务发展现状以及给我国图书馆带来的影响进行了探讨,并在此基础上确定了现代参考咨询服务未来的发展方向。Based on the discussion of challenges of reference services under the hybrid library model, current status of reference services abroad and its impact on library at home, the paper proposes suggestions on the future development or ientation.
