摘　　要：目的 :研究Down综合征的临床诊断进展。方法 :阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果 :不同的诊断技术各有利弊。结论Objective:To investigate the progress in the diagnosis of the Down syndrome.Method:Reading the literatures home and abroad,then summarizing them.Result:Different diagnostic methods have both advantages and disadvantages.Conclusion:Various prenatal diagnostic methods play an important role in decreasing birth rate of Down syndrome.
