摘　　要：外包决策的科学性是企业外包活动取得成功的关键。本文从外包实践中存在的不足入手,分析了传统的外包决策所忽略的企业系统中各活动间的互动影响关系。据此,从系统分析的角度,在引入特征向量中心的网络分析方法的基础上,从理论上识别了企业的核心活动范围,并由核心活动范围与外围活动的关系,进一步指出了从企业活动范围的划分中,根据特征向量中心的大小选取外包活动的合理性。最后,通过一个石油销售公司的例证,表明本文提出的方法有利于提高外包决策的准确性。Outsourcing decision is key to the success of outsourcing implementation in the enterprise. In this paper, in terms of failure from the outsourcing practices, interactions among many activities in enterprise system neglected by conventional outsourcing decision are analyzed. Based on it, according to system analysis, core activities range in the enterprise is identified theoretically underlying eigenvector centrality of network. Then, in light of the relation between core activities and peripheral activities, rationality by which activities are selected to be outsourced is pointed out through activities range partition and eigenvector centrality measure. Finally, a case study on petroleum marketing company, illustrates that the method proposed in this paper can enhance the accuracy of outsourcing decision.
