摘　　要：利用 3 -氯 4-氰基 5 -异噻唑肼与各种芳基异氰酸酯反应 ,合成了未见文献报道的 1-( 3 -氯 4-氰基 5 -异噻唑氨基 ) 3 -芳基脲 ,产物经元素分析、核磁共振和红外光谱表征。研究表明反应与芳基异氰酸酯上苯环所连的取代基有关 ,吸电子基有利于反应速度的提高 ,这与此反应属亲核加成反应机理是一致的。企图利用芳基异硫氰酸酯与 3 -氯 4-氰基5The novel compounds,1-(3-chloro 4-cyano 5-isothiazoylamino)3-aryl ureas were synthesized by the reaction of 3-chloro 4-cyano 5-isothiazollylhydrazine with aryl isocyanates The products were characterized by EA、NMR、IR The result showed that the rates relied on the substitute groups of aryl isocyanates and the withdrawing groups accelerated the reaction rate The result was identical to the possible mechanism of nucleophilic addition of isothiazoylhydrazine towards aryl isocyanates The attempt to the syntheses of isothiazoylamino thioureas by the reaction of arylisothiocyanates with isothiazoylhydrazines was failed
