苍白球在高压氧惊厥中的作用

摘  要:暴露在6ATA 高压氧环境下的小白鼠,7min 左右就引起严重的惊厥反应:苍白球超微结构也发生明显的病理改变.当给予小鼠电针刺激,特别是电针加维生素 B_6处理后,再暴露于高压氧下,小鼠惊厥发作潜伏期明显延长,苍白球神经细胞及髓鞘的损伤也明显减轻.腹腔注射安定的小鼠,也出现类似针刺的作用.实验结果提示:高压氧惊厥的发作可能与苍白球结构以及苍白球内γ-氨基丁酸递质系统代谢和功能的受损有关.The effects of hyperbaric oxygenation(HBO)on behavioural expression and ultrastructure of globus pallidus were observed in mice.Based on this observation,an analysis was made of pathomorphological changes of globus pallidus during acupuncture against oxy- gen-induced convulsions.The results are as follows:when mice were exposed to 97% oxygen at a pressure of 6 atm absolute,the animal suffered from severe convulsions about 7 min after their exposure.Globus pallidus were also damaged,and obvious pathogenical changes occur- red which included dilatation of endoplasmic reticulum and swelling of mitochodria in the neurons.When electro-acupuncture was applied for 15 min prior to exposure to hyperoxic chamber,the latence of convulsions was lengthened.Besides,damage to neurons and myelines in the globus pallidus was lessened.The results of this study indicate that HBO-induced sei- zure may be related to the damage to structures,and to the disorder of metabolism and func- tion of GABA neurotransmitter system in globus pallidus.Globus pallidus may be an indis- pensable transfer station through which the central neurous system participates in the devel- opment of seizure.
