体外反搏提高血浆心钠素浓度的研究

摘　　要：本文研究在体外反搏治疗心,脑血管病前、后血浆心钠素浓度的变化,探索体外反搏对心脏内分泌的影响.研究结果提示:心、脑血管病的患者,血浆心钠素含量低于正常人群;而经体外反搏治疗后血浆心钠素浓度有较大幅度的提高.反搏前后对比差异有显著性(P<0.01),与对照组相比差异亦有显著性(P<0.01).In this article,a study is made of the change of plasma cardionatrin which takes place be- fore and after cardiac and cerebral vessel diseases are treated by external counter pulsation and a discussion is made of the effect of ECP on cardiac endocrine.The result showed that the concentration of plasma cardionatrin was lower in the patients with cardiac and cerebral dis- ease than in normal people and there was a greater increase in the concentration of the cardionatrin after treatment of heart and brain vessel diseases with ECP.The difference in concentration of plasma cardionatrin was of statistical significance (P<0.01)before and after the treatment by ECP.These was also a statistical difference(P<0.01)between the treated group and the control group in the concentration.
