急性再生障碍性贫血23例临床分析

摘　　要：对23例急性再生障碍性贫血病例的临床观察发现:男性发病略多于女性,15～50岁发病率高达91.3%。农民发病率高达65.2%.诱发因素中以继发于药物性再障为最多。其中又以解热镇痛剂占首位(43.8%),其次是氯霉素(31.2%).经治疗和随访,23例中死亡20例(87%);治愈3例。其中2例仍健在.另对本病的病因,诊断和治疗进行了探讨.This paper reports 23 cases of acute aplastic anemia in our hospital.The preliminary ana- lysis shows there were more male than female.The people aged from 15 to 50 had a higher in- cidcnce rate(91.3%).The incidence rate for peasants was 65.2%.About etiology the frequen- cy of analgesie was the highest and the second was chloromycetin.The diagnosis and treat- ment were also discussed.
