穴位注药的穴位相对特异性初探

摘　　要：本研究表明,速尿从小鼠3个不同穴位和静脉给药后的排钠利尿量明显不同.'委中'组与静脉组效应相当,显著大于'内关','三阴交'组.扭体法比较5种不同给药途径注射可乐定后的镇痛作用,'内关'组与静脉组镇痛效应相当,'足三里'组显著大于'内关'、'委中'、皮下组.小鼠4种给药途径注射甲基硫酸新斯的明,'足三里'组促进胃肠蠕动的作用显著大于'内关'、'委中'、'肌注组.实验结果提示,穴位注药具有穴位相对特异性.This paper showed that diuretic and natriuretic effects of furosemide given to mouse 'by Weizhong' ('WZ') injection were equal to those with the same dose given by i.v.injection. The effects were statistically weaker with the same drug given by 'neiguan' ('NG') or 'sanyinjiao'('SYJ') injection on the same dose basis.The antinociceptive effect (body writhing method) of clonidinc given by five different routes or 'acupoint' of mouse showed that 'NG' injection was as effective as i.v administration,but much less effective than 'zusanli' ('ZSL') injection which was stronger than that 'WZ' and s.c.injection. Neostigmine methylsulfate 'ZSL' injection gave rise to much stronger gastrointestinal peristaltic effect in mouse than that by 'NG','WZ' and i.m.injection. The above mentioned results indicated that there is acupoints relative specificity of these three drugs.
