摘 要:采用劈接、切接、长方形芽接三种方法以及不同成熟度的接穗枝条对法桐高接的成活率、抗风力进行了研究。结果表明 :在三种嫁接方法中 ,长方形芽接成活率最高 ,切接次之 ,劈接成活率稍低 ;在枝条不同部位中 ,以中部做接穗成活率最高 ;在不同成熟度接穗枝条中 ,以顶芽形成枝做接穗成熟率较高 ,未形成顶芽枝成活率较低 ;在抗风能力的比较中 ,劈接抗风力最强 。The survival rate and wind-resisting ability of top-grafting mutation of P.orientalis(L.) were studied by using three grafting ways,split-grafting,cut-grafting and rectangle bud-grafting and different maturing degree scion branches.The results showed that,the survival rate of rectangle bud-grafting was the highest in the three grafting ways,cut-grafting took second place,and split-grafting was lower than those of other ways.The survival rate of scion taking from the middle part of branch was higher than that of other different part on branches.The survival rate of scion growing from top-bud was higher than that of other different maturing degree scion branches,but survival rate of scion branches that didn't form top-buds was lower.The wind-resisting ability of split-grafting was the most powerful,but cut-grafting was weaker.
