冰冻血小板在血小板减少性疾病的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨冰冻血小板在血小板减少性疾病中应用的有效性与安全性。方法 随机选择159例血小板减少症患者,57例患者给予冰冻血小板输注,102例患者给予新鲜血小板输注,输注前及输注后18-24 h分别测定血小板计数,比较血小板回收率及临床出血症状改善情况。结果 冰冻血小板止血有效率达89％,与新鲜血小板相近,但输注后24 h血小板的回收率与新鲜血小板相比有差异。结论 冰冻血小板有一定的止血效果,可用于急诊血小板输注,但不宜作常规使用。Objective To estimate the efficacy and safety of cryopreserved platelets in treating thrombocytopenic disases. Methods 159 patients were randomly transfused cryopreserved platelets (n = 57) and fresh platelets (n = 120). The platelet count was made before and 18 - 24h after transfusion. The platelet recollection rates and the adverse reactions were noted. Results The hemostatic effectiveness of cryopreserved platelets was 89% , being close to that of fresh platelets (91%) ,but the recollection rate of them was lower than that of fresh - platelets 24h after transfusion (23% vs 37% , P < 0.05). Conclusion The cryopreserved platelets have a hemostatic function,and can be used in emergencies when platelet transfusion is urgently needed.
