摘　　要：随着对骨盆生物力学及解剖学认识的深化,近年来国际上更加重视骶髂关节整体结构的生物力学,骶髂复合体的特殊生物力学特点在骨盆的功能中有着非常重要的意义,骶髂螺钉内固定成为较优越的固定方式。With ever-increasing knowledge of biomechanics and anatomy of pelvis,more and more findings have been made on the integrated sacroiliac joint system.The sacroiliac complex plays a very important role i n the functions of pelvis due to its specia l biomechanical features.The sacro iliac screw internal fixation is bio mechanically superior to other fixation methods.[
