摘  要:使用烯丙基羟烷基磺酸钠 (SAHS)作为可聚合乳化剂 ,改性合成了弹性丙烯酸酯乳液。并用CaCl2 电解质溶液、高速剪切机、旋转粘度计和透射电镜 (TEM)对乳液进行了表征。研究了可聚合乳化剂对乳液稳定性和乳液粘度的影响 ;探讨了乳液粘度的变化机理。研究结果表明 :烯丙基羟烷基磺酸钠的改性使乳液更稳定 ,可使乳化剂的总用量减少。随着烯丙基羟烷基磺酸钠用量的增加 ,乳液的粘度降低 ;在其用量由 0增加至 0 .75 %的过程中 ,乳液粘度的降低速度较快 ;随着其用量的进一步增加 ,乳液粘度降低缓慢 ,并最终降到 2 0cp。The reactive surfactant, sodium allyl hydroxyalkyl sulphonate(SAHS) was applied as modifying agent to polymerize elastic acrylic emulsion. The prepared SAHS-modified emulsion was characterized by CaCl 2 electrolytical solution, high-speed shearing machine, revolving viscometer, and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The influence of SAHS on the stability and viscosity of emulsion was studied and generalized and the mechanics of SAHS affecting viscosity was discussed. The results show that, with SAHS-modification, the stability of emulsion was improved and the total content of emulsifiers could be reduced. The viscosity of emulsion decreased sharply with SAHS content from 0 to 0.75%, and then decreased slowly to 20cp with SAHS content from 0.75% to 2.00%.
