摘  要:采用柠檬酸sol gel工艺 ,制备了W型、M型平面六角晶系的钡铁氧体纳米晶。采用XRD ,TEM和热分析对其物相组成、显微结构、晶化过程等进行研究 ,发现采用本文所述工艺 ,通过对晶化条件的控制 ,可避免形成α Fe2 O3非磁性伴生相 ,在 75 0°C的较低温度下 ,就可得到均匀单一的铁氧体纳米晶。本文首次详细探讨了晶化反应机制和晶化条件对纳米晶粒子尺寸及分布、形貌和微波吸收性能的影响。Citrate sol-gel process was used to prepare W type and M type hexagonal Ba-ferrite nanocrystals. X-ray diffractometry, Transmission electron microscopy and thermal analysis were used to study the detailed information on the crystallography of the ferrite nanocrystals and crystallization process. It was found that we could obtain uniformity and single phase Ba-ferrite nanocrystals at lower temperature 750°C and avoid forming α-Fe 2O 3 nonmagnetic concomitant phase by controlling the crystallization conditions. The reaction mechanism and the effect of crystallization conditions on particle size and its distribution, morphology and microwave-absorbing properties of hexagonal Ba-ferrite nanocrystal were firstly dicussed detailedly.
