摘　　要：信息化、网络化的飞速发展对高校的德育职能产生了冲击 ,高校图书馆作为高校的信息中心和文化基地 ,不仅为教学和科研服务 ,而且还具有不可推御的德育职能。The rapid development of information and network has strong impact on the function of moral education at colleges. Library at college not only serves for teaching and scientific research, but also has inescapable function of moral education. The article initially explores the strategies of moral education in the construction of library homepage at colleges.
