摘　　要：科学发展观是图书馆事业发展的指导原则。坚持科学发展观就是要做到 :讲科学 ,实事求是 ,切实把握好图书馆事业的发展规律 ;以人为本 ,把人作为图书馆事业发展的根本动力与根本目的 ;放眼长远 。The View of Scientific Development is the directive principle for the development of library cause. Sticking to the View of Scientific Development means: being scientific and being practical and realistic, and being right on the track of the regulation of library development; taking human as the principal, as the ultimate power and ultimate purpose of the development of library cause; looking to the further distance and creating necessary condition for the successive development of library cause.
