内蒙古细毛羊哺乳羔羊(0～90d 龄)能量和蛋白质需要量的研究

摘　　要：本研究对初生至90d 龄的内蒙古细毛羊哺乳期羔羊,采用消化代谢试验,饲养试验、比较屠宰试验和气体能量代谢试验,分全哺乳期(Ⅰ期)和补饲期(Ⅱ期)进行。通过对试验数据的统计分析,得出其代谢能(MER)、粗蛋白质(CPR)和可消化粗蛋白质(DCPR)需要量计算公式。试验Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期羔羊总能代谢率分别为0.94和0.68;生长代谢能转变为生长净能的效率分别是0.708、0.667;总食入氮的利用率为0.610和0.471。就母乳中能量和蛋白质而言,不能满足20d 龄羔羊的需要,为保证羔羊正常生长发育,应不晚于20d 龄补饲优质饲料。This study was carried out to measure the energy and protein requirements of InnerMongolia Fine Wool Lamb (90 days old).The study included 4 trials,which were:Digestion,metabolism,comparetive slaughter,and gaseous-energy metabolism trials.Each trial was di-vided into milk feeding period (period Ⅰ) and milk+supplementary feeding period (periodⅡ)Equations of requirements of metabolizable energy (MER),crude protein (CPR) anddigestible crude protein (DCPR) were obtained by statistical analysis.The results indicated that the metabolic rates of gross energy were 0.94 and 0.86;theconversion efficiency rates of growth metabolizable energy into net energy were 0.78 and0.667;the utility rates of total N intake were 0.610 and 0.471 in period Ⅰ and Ⅱ,respective-ly.Ewe milk could not provid enough energy and protein for lamb's (above 20 days old) re-quirement.Therefore,it is suggested that high quality feed should be given to the yong lambbefore 20 days old.
