摘  要:目的 :研究NocardiaspNRRL 5 6 4 6对三种不同母核的五环三萜皂苷元 齐墩果酸、熊果酸和 2 3 羟基白桦酸的代谢。方法 :在NocardiaspNRRL 5 6 4 6的培养体系中加入底物后继续培养 4天 ,发酵液经萃取后采用硅胶柱层析分离纯化 ,产物的结构根据光谱数据予以鉴定。结果 :分离得到了三个代谢产物 ,分别是齐墩果酸甲酯、熊果酸甲酯、2 3 羟基白桦酸甲酯。结论 :分离得到齐墩果酸甲酯、熊果酸甲酯、2 3 羟基白桦酸甲酯这三种微生物代谢产物 ,其中 2 3 羟基白桦酸甲酯为首次分离得到的天然产物 ;首次发现NocardiaspNRRL 5 6 4 6菌株特异性地将齐墩果酸、熊果酸、2 3AIM:To investigate the metabolism of oleanolic acid,ursolic acid and 23-hydroxyl betulinic acid by cultures of Nocardia species,NRRL 5646 METHOD: Substrates were added into the culture of Nocardia species,NRRL 5646 and incubated for another 4 days. The culture supernatant was extracted with EtOAc and then subjected to silica gel chromatography.RESULT:Three metabolites were isolated and their structures were identified as methyl ester of their corresponding substrates on the basis of spectroscopic data CONCLUSION:The three products were for the first time isolated from the microbial metabolites and the methyl ester of 23-hydroxyl betulinic acid was a new natural product A new metabolism pathway on pentacyclic triterpenoids in the culture of Nocardia sp,NRRL 5646 was found
