摘 要:目的:应用骨质疏松老年妇女腰1椎体多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描影像建立骨质疏松椎体三维有限元模型,分析骨质疏松性椎体的应力分布情况.方法:对1例患骨质疏松症的老年女性志愿者进行L1、L2椎体MSCT扫描,将其原始数据传输至计算机工作站,经容积性QCT(vQCT)技术行BMD测量.将L1椎体经回顾性重建形成的层厚为0.625mm的CT横断面像通过ANSYS 7.0软件建立骨质疏松椎体有限元模型.将其赋于生物力学参数值,经模拟施行纵向生理性载荷加压后观察椎体各部位应力特性的变化.结果:骨质疏松老年妇女椎体的三维有限元分析表明皮质骨应力水平较高,但各部位存在不均一性;小梁骨应力水平较骨皮质低,椎体中部略偏后方和上下终板附近应力水平较高,数值范围为11.6~15.4MPa.结论:经MSCT像成功建立了骨质疏松老年妇女腰椎三维有限元模型,此模型可用来进行骨质疏松性椎体应力分布情况的活体分析.Objective: To establish finite element model of L! vertebra of osteoporotic elderly woman from multislice CT (MSCT) images, and to analyse the stress situation of osteoporotic veterbra. Methods :L1 and L2 vertebrae of one osteoporotic female volunteer were scanned with MSCT. All the MSCT data of LI and ? were retro-reconstructed and transferred to workstation and processed to measure BMD by volumetric QCT(vQCT) technique. FE model of L1 veterbral images of 0.625 mm slice thickness was established by ANSYS 7.0 software. Results: FE model of osteoporotic vertebra for elderly women was established, and stress values as 11.6 MPa ~ 15.4 MPa at middle level of vertebral trabeculae were higher than that of other regions. Conclusions :FE model of osteoporotic vertebra is established successfully, and will be useful to analyse the stress situation of osteoporotic veterbra.
