摘　　要：总结了本院近年来37例42只眼角膜缺损患者采用胎儿角膜材料行角膜移植术的护理经验及板层角膜移植术,部分穿透性角膜移植术应用范围及术前、术后护理要点。实践证明,治疗上的成功,需要医师手术技巧,同时也需要护理人员术前对患者耐心地做好心理护理,必要的内眼手术准备和术后对病情密切观察,生活上精心护理以及妥善的治疗。The paper summarizes the experience of preoperative and postoperative care of 42 cases of corneal defect repair with fetal corneal grafts in our hospital in recent years. The range of aplication of lamellar corneal grafts and partially penetrable corneal grafts is also introduced. The success of the care includes : (1) proper psychological nursing of the patients before operation ; ( 2 ) adequate preoperative preparation for internal ophthalmology ; ( 3 ) close observation of the patients after operation ; ( 4 ) and proper treatment and intensive care.
