不同光照周期对半屏障系统内KM鼠生长发育及繁殖性能的影响

摘  要:将清洁级KM鼠分为3组,分别给予短、中、长三种不同的光照处理,10W后称取其体重,并测定睾丸、副睾、卵巢、子宫及肾上腺的重量,同时记录各组母鼠连续三胎的繁殖性能。统计结果表明:无论雄、雌鼠长光照组体重明显高于短光照组,差异极显著(P<0.01);长光照组和中光照组睾丸重量明显高于短光照组.差异极显著(P<0.01);长光照组和中光照组副睾重量显著地高于短光照组(P<0.05);雄鼠肾上腺重量长光照组显著地高于短光照组(P<0.05);卵巢重量表现为长光照组极显著地高于其它两组(P<0.01);子宫重量长光照组显著高于其它两组(P<0.05);雌鼠肾上腺重量仅表现为长光照组显著高于短光照组(P<0.05);母鼠连续三胎繁殖性能显示,短光照组无论是产仔数,仔鼠初生重及仔鼠离乳数均显著地低于长光照组(P<0.05);而仔鼠离乳重及离乳率差异不显著(P>0.05).3 Groups of clean KM mice were exposed to light for short.middle.long period respectively.After 10 weeks, detect the weight of the mice and their testicle. epididymis、 ovary、 uterus andadrenal gland, and observe the reproductive performance of female mice in each group. The statistical results show that the weight of both male andh female mice in the group exposed to long-period light is obviously higher than that in the short-period light group (P < 0. 01); the testicleweight of the long-period light group and the middle-period light group is obviously higher thanthat in short-period light group (P< 0. 01); the epididymis weight of the long-period light and themiddlesperiod light groups is higher than that in short-period light group (P< 0. 05); the ovaryweight in long-period light group is obviously higher than that in the other two groups (P< 0.01 ); The weight of the uterus in long-period light group is higher than that in middle-period groupand short-period group respectirely (P< 0. 05 ); the adrenal gland weight of female mice in longperiod light group is higher than that in short-period light group (P < 0. 05); The reproductiveperformance of female mice showed that the number, the weight and the weaning number of thenewborn mice in short-period light group are lower than those in long-period light group. It is nosignificant differences that the weight of the newborn weaning mice and the weaning rate (P >0. 05 ).
