摘　　要：提出了一种在 Windows下响应硬件中断的实时串行通讯的模式。采用 Delphi编制税控收款机 PL U下载程序 ,对端口直接操作 ,响应执行硬件中断程序接收数据 ,利用 DDE (动态数据交换 )将数据传送给程序处理 ,将其加入数据库 ,建立实时数据库、动态显示等。This paper proposes a kind of model about real time serial communication which responds to hardware interrupt in Windows. W e adopt Delphi to program tax controlled gathering machine PLU download programs , operate on port directly, response and execute hardware interrupt program to receive datas , utilize DDE transfer datas to programs which processes datas and adds it into Database, builds real Database,dynamic display and etc.
