摘  要:对利用分子标记筛选出两个组合的不同世代不同基因Dx5+Dy10构成类型随机群体的产量分布进行了研究,结果表明,在杂交后代和回交后代中,单株、株行或株系在上下代和同一世代不同基因组成类型之间的产量分布特性基本一致;同一组合相同世代不同基因类型之间的随机群体平均产量非常接近,无显著差异.早代目标基因分子标记选育不会改变当代和后代产量的分布;能否在品质性状筛选同时获得产量潜力较高的材料,关键在于能否从优质后代群体中选择出丰产潜力较高的材料;同时也与亲本产量潜力的高低密切相关.在改良高产小麦品种品质性状中,回交法比杂交法更有利.The different groups of generations derived from two crosses had been obtained by molecular markers assisted selection for Dx5+Dy10 genes in cross and backcross population.Yield of all groups was tested in the same test situation.Yield distributions of the groups which had genes Dx5+Dy10 or didnt were very similar among single plants and lines in the same and different generations.Difference of mean yield among random groups was not obvious in the same generation of each cross.The subsequent nature of yield distribution did not altered by early generation molecular selection for target genes.It indicated higher yielding wheat strains could be obtained from better quality population.It was very essential to selection higher yielding strains whose parents had higher yielding characters.Backcross method was more effective than hybridization method if quality characters of higher yielding wheat were improved.
