摘　　要：党的十六大报告指出:"新闻出版和广播影视必须坚持正确导向,互联网站要成为传播先进文化的重要阵地"。互联网的发展将人类社会带入了一个新的时代,它使人们的生产和生活都发生着革命性的变革,也为社会主义精神文明建设提供了新的环境,它使社会主义精神文明建设面临一些前所未有的难题,但互联网的发展又是精神文明建设的部分问题的解决之道。The development of the Internet will bring human society into a new century.It leads human production and human lives to revolutionary characteristic change.It provides a new enviroment to the socialism cultural and ideological progress.On the other hand,the socialism cultural and ideological progress also faces some problems never seen or heard before.However,the development of internet is also the solution to the partial problems of cultural and ideological progress.
