摘　　要：妥洛特罗为临床上广泛使用的选择性β2-受体激动剂,用于缓解支气管哮喘、急慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、矽肺、尘肺等疾病的呼吸道阻塞性症状。该文介绍了国内外关于妥洛特罗作为活性药物的经皮给药系统的研制现状,为药学工作者进一步研究开发、规模化生产以及临床应用推广提供参考。Tulobuterol,a β2-receptor stimulator,has a action of prolonged relief of obstructive disorders of airway,such as bronchial asthma,chronic bronchitis,and bronchitis with asthma.This review related the preparations for percutaneously administering and provided the reference for large-scale production and clinical use.
