摘 要:以NaOH作润胀剂及催化剂,氯化苄作醚化剂,甲苯作溶剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作相转移催化剂(PTC),在一定温度下对稻草进行改性·改性的最佳反应条件为:氯化苄(8mL),甲苯(8mL),氢氧化钠(2g),PTC(0 01g),在105~110℃下,反应4h,即可得增重183 5%的苄基化稻草·并对改性后的稻草进行了红外光谱分析、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和差热分析,发现苄基化改性稻草的微观结构有了很大改变,能部分消除稻草的极性,在热塑性材料方面有很大的应用前景·Rice straw has not been utilized fully for its poor properties. So, a chemical process was proposed and done experimentally to modify its cellulosic content so as to transform it into thermoplastic material. A benzylation was therefore carried out and its best reactive conditions were found, i.e., take 2?g of NaOH as preswelling agent and catalyst, 8?ml of benzyl chloride as etherifying agent and 0.01g of quaternary ammonium salt as PTC (phase transfer catalyst) at 105~110?℃ for 4?hr. FTIR, X-ray and DSC were used to characterize the microstructure of the benzylated straw. It was found that the benzylated rice straw was thermoplastic with its structure changed greatly so as to eliminate partly its polarity.
