摘　　要：以磷钨酸为催化剂,冰醋酸和戊醇为原料,催化合成了乙酸戊酯.探讨了催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应时间等对酯化反应的影响.研究结果表明:取冰醋酸40mL,正戊醇25mL,磷钨酸2.0g,反应时间为2h时,酯的产率大于80%.The banana oil was prepared by the reaction of glacial acetic acid and n-amyl alcohol with phosphotungstic acid as catalyst. The factors of the catalyst dosage, the proportion of alcohol to acid and reaction time were studied. Results indicate that when the reaction is carried out with acetic acid 45mL, n-amyl alcohol 25mL, phosphotungstic acid 2.0 g and reaction time 2 h, the yield of the product can be up to 80%.
