摘 要:阐述了金属氢化物与氢气发生可逆反应的原理、特点和金属氢化物制冷循环的基本原理,设计了一种由汽车尾气余热驱动的车用金属氢化物制冷循环系统,并针对汽车空调的运行环境具体描述了制冷循环的运行过程。为防止汽车尾气与金属氢化物直接接触而导致金属氢化物中毒,该制冷系统采用了中间介质和中间换热器,从而将尾气余热间接传给金属氢化物。文章还讨论了中间介质温度高于100℃时,可能作为中间介质的几种液体及其性质。The principle and characteristics of reversible reaction between metal hydride and hydrogen are described, and the basic principle of refrigeration cycle using metal hydride is discussed. A metal hydride automotive air conditioner driven by waste heat of automotive exhaust gas is designed, which includes two pairs of metal hydride couple and is able to refrigerate continuously, and its refrigeration cycle under automotive running condition is presented. Mid-mediator and intermediate heat exchanger which transfer heat from exhaust gas to metal hydride are adopted to avoid inactivation by direct contact between automotive exhaust gas and metal hydride. A variety of liquids are selected for possible use above 100℃, and their properties are presented and compared.
